During the 2-year programme, students will develop the core knowledge and skills that are needed for entry to a range of management and administration occupations. It is a Level 3 qualification that includes 9 weeks minimum working with an employer on an industry placement.

In addition to the core content, each student will also complete at least one module of occupation-specific content. This specialism will focus on business improvement.
Assessment Method
30% Exam, 20% Employer Set Project, 50% Occupational Specialism
Core Component: two 2½ hour exams, one 25-hour Employer Set Project (each exam is weighted at 30% and the employer set project is weighted at 40% of the core component)
Occupational specialism (Team leadership/Management): 32 hrs externally set assignment
Overall grade is a combination of the Core Component and Occupational Specialism grades
What might this course lead to?
After completing the T Level, you will be fully equipped to enter the workforce in roles such as business administrator, office manager, or project support officer. Alternatively, you may choose to further your studies through higher education in fields like business management, HR, or project management. Either way, this programme will set you on the path to a successful career in business.
